Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Payment

By proceeding with payment through the online payment link provided by Cores da Cidade, LDA (operating under the brands Lisboa Central Hostel and Cruz Apartments), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Authorization
   By submitting your payment details via the online link, you authorize Cores da Cidade, LDA to charge your credit card for the amount specified, which may include room charges, taxes, and any additional services requested. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to make this payment.

2. Reservation Confirmation
   If the payment referes to a reservation, upon successful payment, your reservation will be confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation detailing your booking and payment. Please retain this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at global@lisboacentralhostel.com.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Payments made via the online payment link are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective brand (Lisboa Central Hostel or Cruz Apartments). Refund eligibility may depend on the room type and rate plan selected.

   • Flexible Reservations: For refundable bookings in Lisboa Central Hostel, cancellations made within 48 days of check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

   • Flexible Reservations: For refundable bookings in Cruz Apartments, cancellations made within 28 days of check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

   • Non-Refundable Reservations: Payments for non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Payment Security
   We employ industry-standard encryption to safeguard your credit card details during the transaction process. However, Cores da Cidade, LDA will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, theft, or data loss beyond our control.

5. Currency and Exchange Rates
   All payments are processed in Euros. If your credit card is issued in a different currency, your card provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees, for which Cores da Cidade, LDA is not responsible.

6. Declined Transactions
   If the payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, your reservation will not be confirmed. It is your responsibility to resolve any issues with your card provider and to ensure payment is made within the required time to secure your booking.

7. Additional Charges
   The payment amount may not include incidental charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, minibar, or damage to property. These charges will be applied to your credit card upon check-out or at the time the charges are incurred.

8. No-Show Policy
   In the event of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), the total amount paid is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply if your reservation spans multiple nights.

9. Modification of Reservation
   Any modifications to your reservation (e.g., change of dates, room type) are subject to availability and the hotel's modification policies. Any additional charges or differences in rates must be paid prior to check-in.

10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes regarding the credit card payment must be raised with Cores da Cidade, LDA within 30 days of the transaction. Failure to do so may result in your claim being invalid. Disputes beyond our control, such as those related to exchange rates or card issuer fees, must be taken up with your bank.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Cores da Cidade, LDA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or by email.

12. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes or legal issues arising out of the payment or booking process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lisbon.
